For the main course we chose the fried cod with a mustard crust and duck legs. Both were very tasty, with the duck exceeding all expectations. The best duck I've eaten in a long time. compliment

Good home cooking that has been much better in recent years. This time we were very disappointed. In any case, steer clear of spaghetti with pikeperch fillet. Just leave it if you don't know anything about pasta. Nobody seemed to mind that guests should wear mouth and nose protection, which the service staff tend to wear under their noses or under their chin. One waitress had no MNS on! Disinfectants are not available on the toilet or at the entrance. In no case does it comply with current hygiene regulations.

About Ascension Day we were back on Fischland / Darß. For the first time we visited the Restaurant am Kiel in Ahrenshoop with friends. We only received a seat that was convenient for us when we asked again, we attribute this to the difficult Corona period. The food was delicious. I chose fish and asparagus.

Unfortunately we have to absolutely share the often bad reviews ... Starting with the wine advice, which consisted of giving us the wine list with the words "we should read for ourselves" (which is really outrageous for 8 € per 0.2l), then to get a loveless salad without any taste, up to the crowning of a plaice fillet, that has never seen anything like spices, tasted bland and boring ... the beef fillet was okay for 26 €, but unfortunately the fried potatoes were still half raw .... summarized: - Wine expensive but tasty - Service friendly except for the thing with the wine list - Nice ambience - Eat really just a smooth 6 ... especially at the prices. A lot more has to come. That's why only one star, because it really spoils your evening ...

The rooms are clean. The bathroom is beautiful. The personal is very nice and always polite. The breakfast was delicious and they ordering special wishes. Very good service in common , there are many parking slots, and I never had problems to park the car The location between 2 bigger villages where you can park and go to the beach. I really recommend to go to the cliff coast near the pension , it gives you a stunning sunset in the evening
